Passwords

You should keep your password safe and change it frequently.  

Nobody else should use or know your password, not even the administrator! 

Changing your password is easy, simply follow these steps:

1. Make sure that you are connected to the network (connect to VPN if you are outside of BASCO)

2. Make sure you have any applications closed (Especially Outlook)

3. Press "Control" + "Alt" + "Delete"

4. Click the option "Change a password"

5. Follow the directions on the screen

6. Lock your screen by pressing the "Windows" button and "L" at the same time on your keyboard, then sign in with your new password

7. *If you have a company mobile device* Open the settings no your mobile device and change the account password for the email application

8. Connect to any remote computers or virtual machines using your new password

9. Get back to what you were doing!
