We are a German company, so sometimes equipment that gets ordered or prepared from our headquarters, the language is set to German by default. The most common way to find this out is to see a “z” every time you press the “y” key. This is becoming very rare now, so if you experience this problem on your PC, ask for assistance from Ed. When Logging in, you may find that the default language is defaulted to German. You can easily tell, and quickly change it by clicking the language button in the top left corner. Alternatively, when this happens after you are logged in, there will be a small language button on the lower right corner of the taskbar.
Of course, some users may find a benefit of having multiple languages set up. To set up these languages you can open the start menu and search for "Language Settings", here you can select "Add a language", and choose the one you wish to add.
